Air Monitoring

& Service

See air conditions across your building.

Building air monitoring uses sensors and a dashboard to help teams understand selected indoor air indicators across rooms or zones. CLEAR can help plan a monitoring approach and related service around your property.

A CLEARER VIEW OF INDOOR AIR

Turn sensor readings into useful building context.

Air monitoring can bring selected measurements into a shared view, helping property teams notice patterns across monitored areas and review changes over time. The exact sensors, room coverage and dashboard depend on the project.

Service can support the monitoring setup over time, with responsibilities and maintenance defined for the equipment and agreement.

Fine particles

Particulate readings, when supported by the chosen sensor.

Carbon dioxide

A ventilation-related indicator, interpreted in context.

TVOC

Selected volatile organic compound readings, if equipped.

Temperature & humidity

Room condition measures where included in the sensor package.

WHAT MONITORING CAN HELP WITH

More visibility for everyday decisions.

A dashboard can help teams understand selected measurements and how they vary across the building. It supports informed review alongside building operations and professional guidance.

01

See by area

Review readings for the rooms or zones included in the monitoring plan, with coverage based on sensor placement.

02

Follow changes

Look at trends over time to add context to individual readings and building operating patterns.

03

Plan service

Set expectations for sensor care, system support and notification handling as part of the project scope.

FROM PROPERTY NEEDS TO USEFUL SIGNALS

Start with the building and its people.

Sensor choice and placement matter. A clear setup begins with the questions the property team wants monitoring to help answer.

Define the areas

Identify priority rooms, intended users, and the building conditions to understand.

Choose the setup

Confirm suitable sensor types, placement, reporting and dashboard access for the project.

Support the system

Agree on equipment care, service responsibilities and how configured notifications are handled.

SERVICE & SUPPORT

Monitoring is stronger with a clear service plan.

Sensor equipment and dashboards need a defined support approach. CLEAR can work with the property team to clarify equipment care, technical support, notification handling and service responsibilities for the selected monitoring setup.

The image is illustrative. The services included for a building are set out in its project scope.

READINGS NEED CONTEXT

Monitoring is one part of a building’s air strategy.

Sensors measure specific indicators at specific locations. They do not measure every contaminant or, by themselves, determine whether a space is safe or healthy.

Measurement scope varies. Sensor models, placement, calibration, reporting and response processes should be confirmed for each
project. Monitoring complements ventilation, filtration, maintenance and any testing or professional assessment the property may require.

What to define for your property

- Which air indicators and sensor capabilities are included

- Where readings will be collected and who can review them

- Whether thresholds or notifications are configured, and who receives them

- What maintenance, support and service responsibilities are
included

BUILDING AIR MONITORING

Plan a monitoring approach for your property.

Share your building priorities with CLEAR. The right sensor coverage and service scope depend on the property and the questions you need to answer.
